BUFFALO International Logistics Boosts Youth Development and Community Revitalization in South Africa with Employment Commitment
Time:
Recently, at the Mandela Day themed event held at the Altrek Sports Stadium, Colonel (Hon.) Raymond Kramer, founder of the Guardian Angel Trust, highly commended BUFFALO’s substantial contribution to local employment in South Africa. In his speech, he emphasized, "BUFFALO International Logistics has committed to creating 5,000 to 10,000 direct jobs in South Africa over the next five years." This initiative will tangibly help reduce unemployment and promote inclusive economic growth in the country.
Colonel Kramer further noted that the Guardian Angel Trust has always been dedicated to fostering public-private collaboration, providing vocational training and character education for graduates and youth in communities. This effort aims to help them break the cycle of poverty and crime, truly realizing the vision of "rewriting futures through resumes." This philosophy aligns seamlessly with BUFFALO’s localized approach in South Africa. Consistently, BUFFALO has not only created a significant number of stable jobs through continuous business expansion but has also actively partnered with various social organizations and local institutions in South Africa. By deeply integrating corporate social responsibility into its strategic goals and daily operations, BUFFALO has made tangible contributions to community revitalization and sustainable talent development.
On the same day, BUFFALO was also invited to participate in the "Mandela Day" and "KEEP KASI CLEAN" themed event in Johannesburg. Through donations to support youth and community development, the company demonstrated its commitment to the corporate philosophy of "We Deliver Hope" and honored the spirit of Mandela’s philanthropic legacy.
The CEO of BUFFALO South Africa stated, "We firmly believe that logistics is not just about the movement of goods but also about connecting people and opportunities. Through localized operations and youth empowerment initiatives, we hope to help young South Africans see a world beyond Alexandra—a brighter future achievable through discipline and skills."
